Shipping Policy

1. SHIPPING COST

  • Skin Habit offers free domestic shipping on orders above $200

  • All domestic orders under $200 ship for a flat rate of $10

  • International shipping is not available at this time

2. SHIPPING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 24hrs Monday - Thursday. Orders may take up to 72hrs if processed Friday - Sunday.

  • U.S.A. orders are shipped out via USPS, UPS or FedEx and take 1-4 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation.

  • Due to an increase in demand, products purchased during our promotional sales may require more processing time, please allow up to 14 days for order fulfillment. You will be contacted via email/text with shipping details or product pick-up instructions.

3. TRACKING

  • A tracking number will be sent to your phone number or email once the tracking is created and scanned for your package

  • Skin Habit is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Clinic Policy

1. RETURNS

  • Due to the nature of the products and packages being sold, Skin Habit is not able to process refunds for any in-office or online packages/products. All sales are final.

  • Any online purchases made via email, square, online, social media or any other platform are non-refundable. Promotional items cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

2. BROKEN and/or DAMAGED ITEMS

  • If you open a broken or damaged product, please contact taylor@skinhabitclinic.com within 15 days of purchasing your product. Please include images of the damaged item for reimbursement purposes and your exchange will be processed.

3. ALLE POINTS

  • Please contact the clinic if you are missing Alle points for qualifying skincare purchases and/or treatments.

  • Due to the demand, Alle points may not be atomically entered during promotional sales.

In-Store Pickup Policy

1. IN-STORE PICKUP

  • Skin Habit offers in-store pick up. Your order is usually ready within 24hrs. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email or text notification. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. You must pick up your order within 7 business days or it will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Gift Card Policy

1. DIGITAL GIFT CARDS

  • Digital Gift Cards are only redeemable for in office purchases. Digital gift cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Digital gift cards and physical gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Cancellation Policy

  • We request that you provide a minimum of 24hrs notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged a $150 cancellation fee for standard appointments or the FULL cost of treatment for appointments over a 1 hour booking, if an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance. The same will apply for no-shows. Same day cancellation two or more times may result in termination from the clinic at the provider’s digression.
